If I move around a whole lot I get sore and tire but I know if I don’t it will make things worse. The main thing to avoid boredom was opening this blog so I could actually spend my down time in a creative way. Thanks for your comment and I hope you come back to read some more stories.

You didn’t know what shape you would be in. You just need time to adjust to the change, and it will be okay. You are blessed that you have a good wife, and those beautiful girls. I am sure you can come up with something to do. Could you maybe contact someone who is in similar shape, and see how they deal with it? Did you ever think about doing some of the Online Surveys? I think you get paid a little for them. At least it would be something to kill time. hang in there. It will work out. Mary
