We were able to get a couple free tickets to see a movie that my daughters have been wanting to see for quite some time. I was interested to see if Steve Carell would be able to pull off a child’s movie and still be funny. Steve Carell is a very funny man but he didn’t really deliver in this movie for me. It is a movie that you can watch with your children but I personally felt it was a little bit slow and somewhat corny.

Since this movie is geared toward the younger audience I will tell you… my girls loved this movie. They have been repeating lines from this movie since we watched it. So for them it was a big two thumbs up. As for me, I just don’t know. I’m happy to watch it with my little girls but I feel that it fell a little flat.
